Maybe someone can confirm or deny this for me...

I have 2 characters running, and I was modding weapons for both of them today, switching characters, when I noticed that the damage stats were different for the same weapon, depending on which character I was looking at.

Is this because the two characters have different damage perks- one runs Gunslinger, the other Rifleman? Does the Workbench automatically calculate the character's perks into the weapon damage?

If so, I've been doing a LOT less damage than I've been thinking... because I had been imagining that the damage I saw was the base, and would be multiplied by my perk.
