Very dissatisfied. $55 down the hole.

Hi, my name is Paul. I'm using a Blu Studio Energy 2. I'm running Android 5.0.



I made about $55 worth of purchases for this game. After I moved the game from the phone to an SD card it loaded an old cloud save which wiped out everything I'd purchased. Bethesda told me contact google play for a refund. I did, they refunded the money, and I remade the purchases.



It's 11 days later. Now the game is freezing on the loading screen. The suggested fixes didn't work, I was told to ask google play for a refund. They weren't able to refund me the money because I'd already had a lot of money refunded. I don't know what to do next, but I definitely want my money back.

To put this issue another way, lets say I buy Fallout 4 with a credit card and it turns out the blu ray is broken. The people who sold me the defective copy of the game shouldn't say "we can't help you, so dispute the charges with your credit card company". That's not their job.
