St. Jiub then drove the Cliff Racers away.
Dragons are returning, presumably because of the lack of Cliff Racers.

So, Jiub is responsible for whatever doom and destruction occurs in the upcoming game.
What a dastardly villain. They should have kept him locked up.

They must have drove them out of morrowind, because they was everywhere.

Eh, I dunno. I can imagine everyone standing around and burning to death saying "it still beats cliff racers!"
