With Sky Rim using an brand new engine... will it still be fairly moddable and open to user created content as the previous engine was?

Skyrim has it's own construction set built from the ground up so that it will still be as moddable as previous titles. Apparantly the new construction set looks and feels the same as the oblivion CS

I don't think anybody has said that. It'll definitely be moddable though it's one of their famous features.

According to one of Todd Howard's comments on Facebook, it will still be moddable. Unless that's a fake Todd Howard, but I don't think it is.

Yes, of course it will be moddable. If it's not Bethesda is only hurting itself.

There is much more to modding and modability than a working CS. Is nif still going to be a working format or will we need another Nifskope type program. Will new export scripts be needed for custom mesh and who will write them?

I know there are no answers now, but simply saying it will be modable is not so reassuring. I had nothing to do with it, but I know a lot of hard (and unpaid) work went into making TES mod friendly for even an idiot like me.
