Blue screen of death while playing Skyrim

Hi!

I've searched the forums and found nothing of this, but I'm not even sure it's Skyrim related!
Basically, after playing Skyrim for about 5 minutes I get a blue screen of death. It says system_service_exception and tells me to remove any new hardware of software I've installed lately.
This has happened before but it was less common. Now it happens after about 5 minutes of playing, in a dungeon called Gsomething Hold.

I'm just wondering if this is something other people are experiencing or if it's just my computer being screwed up. :(

Start from here to eliminate any possible hardware questions.

Basic Hardware Specification Chart (Empty so far)

Processor Name / Type: Athlon X2 / Pentium D / C2D / dual core / quad, etc.
Processor Speed: ?.? Ghz
Operating System / Service Pack: WindowsXP with SP #?, Win7, Vista ?
System RAM: ? ? GBs (MBs, if less than 1024 ? )
Video (GPU) Manufacturer: ATI / Nvidia (only those two are supported, PERIOD, so please answer which of them you have)
Video Card Model: (examples) Radeon HD 6670 / Geforce GTS 450
Video Card Driver Version: Catalyst ?.? / Nforce ??.??
. . (please use the numbers, and dates, *not* the word "latest")
Video Card onboard RAM: ? ? ? MBs
Sound Card Manufacturer:
Sound Card Driver IDs:
Sound Card Model:

(And this is only for the raw hardware & driver variations. Potential software conflicts are far more likely to be game play problems, and developers cannot test for all possible program loads.)

This should be my hardware setup..

Processor Manufacturer: Intel
Processor Name / Type: Should be an Intel i5 quad. I think second generation?
Processor Speed: 3.3ghz.
Operating System / Service Pack: Windows 7, 64-bit and SP1 if I remember correctly.
System RAM: 8GBs
Video (GPU) Manufacturer: ATI
Video Card Model: Asus Radeon HD 6670
Video Card Driver Version: Catalyst version 2011.1012.1625.27603. Awfully long version name. :o
Video Card onboard RAM: It says 1GB on the box but in the computer it says 750mb, so I'm not sure now.
Sound Card Manufacturer: Should be onboard my motherboard, ASUS P8H61. Realtek HD Audio stuff.
Sound Card Driver IDs: Version number? It says 6.0.1.6251
Sound Card Model: Same as motherboard?

As you can tell I'm not great at these things but I tried to fill them out as thoroughly as I could. :) I hope this can shed some light on things! I appreciate the help.
