I know they have to reset otherwise the Radiant Story system wouldn't really work, but how often do they reset?

I was under the assumption they reset like Oblivion (3-4 days), but it seems it's not. Anyone know exactly how many days need to pass before a dungeon resets?

Ive heard that some can take a month, some can take a few days and some just don't.
Even if they reset, I'm pretty sure the "cleared" thing doesnt go away.

Its aroound a month. I went back into a few after about a month long.

Yeah, im prty sure the "cleared" tag stays forever to show which ones you cleared out completely at one point, and is independent of respawning.

That cleared thing is awesome by the way. I used to drop lanterns in front of places that I had been through already in Morrowind.

I thought the cleared thing was only for if you got the dragon word from that location?
Noticed that bandits sometimes come into places that I've already cleared out.

Think it varies and some simply don't reset. Embershed mine hasn't reset after over 60 days for me

As said, the "Cleared" marker never resets. It's there to indicate that you've cleared out that dungeon at least once. The monsters inside, however, do respawn, also as stated already.

Dungeons respawn for me after a few days. I don't know the exact number because I never check, but it is definitely not a month.

Looking at the game settings within Skyrim.esm, it seems locations respawn in 10 days, although "cleared" locations will take 30 days to respawn.
