Shriekwind Bastion - Word wall not working

I know this glitch is on the wikia but thought I'd see if there is any news on it. So when I approach the word wall in Shriekwind Bastion I can hear the chant and the rushing wind noise but I don't get the graphic and there is only a slight blue glow on the wall which appears to be overlaying runes below it too. No matter how long I wait I do not get the word, which I know is an elemental fury one.
Will this be in a future patch?

edit: Ok something to add to this. Upon checking my shouts I found I already have all the elemental fury words (have a feeling I got them all at once from the shrine of Meridia) yet the greybeards sent me here. Now of course the quest will remain active and I can't ask the greybeards for further locations.
