Weak to Frost:

Fire Atronach - 33%
Dragons - 25%

Resist Frost:

Snowy Sabre/Snow Bear/Ice Wolf - Resist 50%
Ice Wraith - Immune
Frost Atronach - Immune
Dragons - Resist 50%
Mammoth - Resist 33%
Draugr - Resist 50%
Dwarven Machines - Immune
Vampires - Resist 50%
Nords - Resist 50%

Weak to Fire:

Spriggans - 33%
Frost Atronach - 33%
Trolls - 50%
Dragons - 25%
Vampires - 50%
Ice Wraith - 25%

Resist Fire:

Dragons - Resist 50%
Fire Atronach - Immune
Dark Elf's - Resist 50%

Weakness & Resist Shock:

Shock is neutral vs everything except Storm Atronachs that are immune.

Notes:
- Despite some people thinking otherwise, spiders and chaurus are not weak to anything.
- Dragons are either Resist Fire 50%, Weak to Frost 25% or Resist Frost 50%, Weak to Fire 25% depending on type.

It's surprising that mamooths frost resistance isn't greater than the one of smaller and less airy animals (white sabre cat, bear and wolf).

Bringing this up since alot of people missed it.

Pretty much all undead are vulnerable to fire from what I've noticed.
Draugr dungeons are a breeze with the Fire Breath.
