A well placed spiked wall trap is still kind of going to ruin your day.

But yes, I have done tests where a single Thralled Ravager armed with enchanted and smithed weapons took out 15 Dragur Deathlords by herself. http://www.gamesas.com/topic/1333470-complete-character-design-freedom-damage-resist-caps-and-ridiculous-damage-thread-9/page__st__150

A simple recast of DT fixes that problem.

It's an awesome spell no doubt. It's my favorite spell in the game. The thing is, it's almost overpowered by itself, and pair it with my 100 alchemy / 100 enchanting / 100 smithing build and it's completely over the top OP. Part of that is my fault because I don't have to use the overpoweredness of that build nor have a bandit chief thrall (the best thrall I've found so far).

Dead thrall. I just don't like it when they start making those annoying sounds every couple seconds.
this is why my vote goes to the quiet atronachs....i thought it would be cool to have powerful dead servants but the constant groaning made me kill them within minutes. Also dead thralls seem to vanish after awhile, especially when fast traveling but they're still in the active effects.

I use Atronach Thrall. Necromancy just feels wrong to me, plus I like that I don't need a dead body to summon it.

Either that or I just use a Dremora Lord.
