Hello all!

Well the transformation to a vampire lord is easy (menu under shouts). But getting out is the tricky part!.

I cant find the darn button. What do i have to do to get out of it?

edit: Its not under favorite menu, and i am not able to find it in options under controllers.....

You can't go back.

I jest, for me, there was an option to 'revert form' in the favourites menu. That's on xbrick though, dunno if it's different on PC...

I haven't done the vampire questline yet, but I'm assuming the Vampire Lord is similar to the werewolf. By that logic, you just have to wait for an invisible timer to run out, then you'll return to being a human/elf/cat/lizard.

You have a power in your "Favorites" section, which is really just your vamp spells. One of them is called Revert Form. Just equip it and press the same button you use for your Shouts/powers.

No timer for Vampire Lords. Truly, we are the superior species.

Use the revert form in the favorites menu.

It's the same favorite menu that you put your favorite weapons in, for me ( Xbox ) I push up or down on D-pad to access the favorite menu. I don't know what key opens the favorite menu for PC .

edit : a quick search on google and I found out that the " Q " button on the key board is the button to open the favorite menu for PC.

Don't come here whining about things not working when you're running mods.

OP that's your " powers " menu you have your cursor on in the pic not the favorites menu. You should be still in the game when you bring up your favorites menu, not the menu screen. Push the " Q " button while in the game ( not the menu screen ) this should bring up your favorite list in the lower left corner of your screen, that is if you have anything marked for your favorites menu. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Skyrim:Controls scroll down a little and you will see the button on PC for bringing up your favorites menu.

Then its either drop the categorized favorite menu for the vampire lord or join the dawnguard. I'll go for the dawnguard i guess.

I don't think you understand. The favorites menu appears in the bottom left hand corner of the screen. Hit the 'Q' button to bring it up. Under the favorites menu while you're the Vampire Lord you will have three options, and one of them is the "Revert Form" option. Click this and your character will turn back to normal. Once your back to normal your favorites menu will also go back to the way it was with all your favorite items in it. It's really quite easy. Don't miss out on the greatness of the Vampire Lord over this!

it should be in /steamapps/common/skyrim/Data/Interface/favoritesmenu.cfg

edit the section "Power", and add keywords of ",Revert Form,Raise Dead,Vampire Lord,Detect All Creatures,Mist Form,Supernatural Reflexes,Vampiric Grip,Summon Gargoyle,Corpse Curse," anywhere within the line of keywords

I think this should cover all new ability of vampire lord for favoritesmenu.

for additional side note: this mod you use assign items/ability/skills into each sub section to make it sorted favorite into different category. any new stuff from mod or DLC is not in the cfg, and you probably have to edit it yourself or wait till the creator of the mod update it

After looking at your screenshot I would guess it's probably that the mod is not updated to be compatible with the new VL abilities, so you should try seeing if disabling the mod that affects your favorites menu fixes it.
