Bug: Active Effects Lists Items Incorrectly

Quickly Grabbed a few soul gems, filled them, and Confirmed.
When wearing multiple items of the same enchant the Active Effects List both items as the same item.
Ring of 1% Magika Regen + Armor of +1% Magika Regen = Active Effects 2 Rings of +1% Magika Regen.
