Im trying to install my first mod - "Building your own city - Becoming a Lord" but whenever I try extracted it to skyrim data when I try playing Skyrim I open mods load order and it justs lordship.esp with a white background and it wont work

Are there installation instructions on the mod page where you got this mod from? You are following them accurately? You are extracting all the folders into the correct Skyrim folder structure? If so, check the comments on the mod's page to see if anyone else is having similar issues with it.
