Please help. Iv skipped dialogue with captain veleth and havent recieved any more missions. Is it possible to find him again and get the job served cold. Thanks.

He should be hanging around Raven Rock if you've completed March of the Dead. http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Dragonborn:Captain_Veleth if you need it.
