On the quest Battle for Fort hraggstad, I go to the fort and I get the mission kill 100% of the enemies. The problem is that no enemies appear, and there are no stormcloak soldiers to fight with me either.


I have loaded previously saved games, did other quests, and I can't get this quest to work
