Posted: Wed Feb 15, 2017 4:47 pmHDT physics is an SKSE plugin, and SKSE is not available for SSE yet. So, no, there are no HDT armor/clothing available for SSE yet.
Even when SKSE64 is released, HDT PE plugin will also have to be rewritten for 64bit.
