I don't know about that. Bosmer have the beast tongue, magic is magic and the concept of a Familiar suggests the animal will understand and perform your bidding no matter what. It's a free pass to make any creature do anything.
How the [censored] did you get that monkey to smoke?
He's my Familiar.
