I was checking Blackwood Brook.

I'm used to delete lod files and let tes4lod generate them alone. Do I do wrong, by deleting them?

You will do nothing wrong by installing the LOD files, and running Tes4LODgen and Tes4ll. It works. Better doing that if you are not sure.
