So, I was wondering, anybody know what happens to Jiub after you leave the boat?

I typed sethealth 0 on him after I left, so maybe that is why I have never seen him.

St. Jiub drove the accursed Cliff Racers out of Vvardenfell! Too bad he dies in the early stages of the Oblivion Crisis before the start of TES IV: Oblivion...

Jiub drives the cliff racers from Morrowind and becomes hailed as Saint Jiub. Then he gets slain by daedra during the Oblivion Crisis.

There was some obscure mod i played YEARS ago that included him.

Personally ive always been stuck thinking that he escapes and goes into the property development business ^_^

May I ask, where did you find out about saint juib? Was it in one of those books?


Also, I never knew all of Vvardenfel hated cliff racers. I never heard anything from them about those flying things.

In Oblivion you can occasionally overhear NPCs talking to each other about the acts of "Saint Jiub", who drove the Cliff Racers out of Morrowind.

This is correct. His only role in the game is to wake you up at the start, and ask your name, after which, you never see him again, he is referenced in Oblivion, however, in a rumor that mentions a certain "Saint Jiub" who drove the cliffracers from Morrowind, but that's all we've heard of him after the beginning of Morrowind, really, there isn't much information on him.

before I finished the MQ (on xbox) I thought he ended up being the final boss...

now I know the truth, but it still was an interesting possibility

there is a mod i used to have, and it is based solely around finding juib and the prison boat..not a bad mod, look it up.

in his version of oblivion, it was cliff racers that wrought havoc on vvardenfell, not daedra.
