In vanilla Morrowind, if you make a potion with only harmful effects, the only use for it is to sell. Is there any mod out there which lets you do one or both of the following:

1. Throw a potion at an enemy; if it hits, he suffers the effect.
2. Apply a potion to a weapon; when it strikes an enemy, he suffers the effect. This would happen once, or a limited number of times, per application.

I know of three mods that will make Alchemy have an offensive application:

http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=211: Drilling a hole in the end of arrows will allow the packing of ingredients to produce effects on impact.
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=3020: Allows you to brew 9 different types of thrown potions, capable of damaging, blinding, calming, paralyzing, silencing, or destroying the weapons of your opponents.
http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=2129: This plugin adds the ability to brew poisons. Using these, you will be able to poison your arrows\bolts\throwing weapons.

There is also http://planetelderscrolls.gamespy.com/View.php?view=Mods.Detail&id=136072&id=6175 which has:

- Oil Flask
In this mod, you can break Oil Flasks at the gound, and burn them with a torch, making them an obstacle of fire for the enemies

- Venefic Vials
Ra'Virr the Trader in Balmora, can sell you venefic vials.
You can drop them at the ground. If someone walks on them, they'll break and release a venefic cloud that will damage who stand around.
There is also a thrownable version of these vials.

Thanks for the info. Do any of these conflict with each other, or can you use all three together?

I think they are all safe to use together, but I could be wrong on that. I haven't used any of them in some time, but will be playing with them again on my next install since my fiance has an affinity to Alchemy in this game. Sadly, since that won't be for a little bit yet, hopefully someone else can shed some light on that for you (or you can take a quick testing stab at it yourself as well).

Alchemical Warfare is a simple and pretty much non-conflicting mod, as far as I've used it.

Alchemicist's Arsenal may or may not be great, as I've never gotten it to work properly and it seems to cause ctd's on some systems. It also requires MWSE to work.

Morrowind Complete - poisoning is an add-on for Complete Cooking, which will conflict if your using NOM, in which case Morrowind Crafting is a better choice and also includes poison creation.
