[REQ] Better XP if close to successfail

I guess this has already been asked/wanted but I've not found any mod/discussion about this subject.



Would it be possible to better increase skills when you almost succeed or almost failed?


And of course reduce gain if you completely failed or succeeded?



The reason seems logical: If it's too easy or too hard you learn nothing, but when there is a challenge you learn the most (following a Gaussian like curve).
