Where is "Robe Replacer Using NioLiv's Meshes" base

I really like how these robes look in that mode, but the link to the base file, containing 10 not customizable robes, do not work.
It was on the canadianice moddersrealm forum site, but in download section there are only files with different versions of the robes from base file.
I did log in to their forum and posted there in one topic, but it just seems a little dead over there.
Are there any alternatives? Or does someone have this base file?
