how am I supposed to find a file I replaced?

When overwriting, if you have any larger or newer textures, you probably shouldn't overwrite them.

I was distracted by something, and I accidently replaced everything. I didn't delete the meshes folder, or the wood plate texture, nor did I look to see if any were newer or larger.
What should I do?
