You wanna get your hands dirty? :)

I admit I never modded the game but it is simple really.

Open your construction set, select File

data files

check Morrowind.esm ->>ok

If you want to edit lighting mods, it is better you select those esps too.

wait until everything loads.

In cell view window, find Vivec, double click to load a cell. Interiors are uniquely named.

In the other pane to the right there is an object list, find the lights with their light icons. Double click will center that light in your view. You can use mouse wheel scrolling to zoom.

Click the window bar of render view, if you hold down shift you can rotate. Sometimes you are behind a wall, get a clear camera angle.

Double click the light itself in render view:

You can see the values.

Make your changes. Go through other cells and lights, and save. It will create a small file with your patches. Clean and load it like any other mod, just after other light mods so it overrides them too.

You can watch some modding tutorials to get a better understanding. It is just lists and properties.

Looks fine to me, personally. Sorry, I don't have Morrowind installed at the moment; my computer died recently and I'm still in the process of getting everything put back together. :(

Want! :drool:

I just tried The Lighting Mod and True Lights and Darkness and they both don't seem to change the lights from the flicker slow setting. I just looked in the https://github.com/OpenMW/openmw/blob/7a389f7ab117acad15d813a33f63877f45da98ef/components/sceneutil/lightcontroller.cpp#L108 and don't see any GMSTs or .ini settings that control the flickering, so it seems like it's hardcoded in the engine, and it only isn't noticeable in the vanilla game because of the ambient light that is reduced by lighting mods.
