I am wondering once someone gets 10 skill ups, should he sleep asap or what is the best thing to do?

Usually when I level up I am seeing x2 or x3 on a few places

I feel I am leveling up veryvery quick...

Im not 100% sure about this but certain skills have bonus effects so my advise is before leviling up increase 2 or 3 other skills just to get the bonus, cant say i know exactly how it works, i use to but i forgot it seems.

just hold of for a while and get them bonus"s

Yes, level up right away.

Otherwise, skills that increase do not count towards your multipliers for your next level.

When it's time to level-up, you cannot change the multipliers anymore by increasing other skills. You have to have planned which 10 skills increased to get the multipliers you wanted.

My memory's a bit fuzzy, but didn't they fix that with the Code Patch? Unless the OP plays Morrowind on an xbox, there's really no justification to play Morrowind without it. :P

Not sure if you're talking about what I think you are, since that's basics of the basics of Morrowind leveling, but since we do see a lot more people trying out older games after Skyrim, I can understand some people might be confused by the old leveling system. All skills give bonus to it's governing attribute upon level up. Attribute will get a bonus depending on all skill level increases that are governed by an attribute, divided by two. So, if you increase spear 10 times, OR spear 4 times, medium armor 4 times, and heavy armor 2 times, which are all governed by Endurance, in both cases Endurance gets a +5 increase upon level up. That's why majority of builds aim to include major and minor skills that aren't governed by too much various attributes, and some people go as far as micro managing which combination of 30 skill increases will they do to get exactly +5 bonus increase to all 3 attributes upon level up, but that's not important at all in Morrowind.

Oh, also, just to make sure people get this- misc skills, while not contributing to level up threshold, do contribute towards the attribute bonus. So if you don't want to increase those last few skills because you'll level up and next skill increases would be wasted/go towards the next level up, you can increase some misc skills to increase the bonus.

Works exactly the same in Oblivion.

Unlike in Oblivion, you can alter your attribute modifiers for your next level up after you've increased enough major skills. That is, you can train after you're ready to level up and get good modifiers. However, any increases to major skills will increase this level's modifiers, not the next level's. So if you train major and minor skills for attribute modifiers, it's possible to start your next level with level progress but no modifiers.

Bottom line is: when you get the prompt for a level up, go get training in the misc skills (NOT majors or minors) that will contribute to your multipliers. Assuming you can afford training, of course, which may be a problem early on.
