i think what he basically means is, if he has the 360 version is he allowed to download Fallout 3 Illegally, which is a stupid question, you are not allowed and to tell you the truth you will not get caught if you do so. But whyyyyy??? Fallout deserves to be BOUGHT !! - again! lol

It isn't the brightest idea to go onto a company's forum and ask if you can pirate their game.

I recommend saving up. Even if Bethesda didn't care about you illegally downloading their game, I do. You should too. A Bethesda fan doesn't steal their products. They give us so much in a game for so little money that their games must be bought. Please, don't illegally download any of their games, or any game for that matter. Just save up for the pc version.

If you download games illegally, you not only show how immature you are but you also contribute in the future where video games, music and movies are not made because nobody profits from it.
My friend used to download movies he'd watched in the cinema. He said he has the right because he paid for seeing it already but the poor [censored] doesn't understand that the cinema company has no ties to the ones selling the DVD. I never talked to him after he had once again proved what kind of a short-sighted caveman he is with such criminal activity.

So in short, please do not download the PC version. Be nice and go buy the game from a shop.
XBOX version does NOT give you the right to use piracy to get the PC version because that also helps piracy itself.

Find a way to make the money. That's how capitalism works. You got money, you get products. You got no money, you gotta get some. Do something like ask your parents for money if you agree to do some work at home like cleaning. That's how I did it.

If you're broke than tough; illegally downloading a game is just silly. But what's more silly is coming to the BETHESDA forums and asking if you can pirate a BETHESDA game.

I'm not your mum, so I'm not gonna tell you off like seti did ( ), but in my opinion it is rather pathetic.

Find a way to make the money, if it means trading in games to get it for the PC, then so be it. I did just that, I traded in my Fallout original game on Xbox at Gamespot and got $25 for it, I then put that towards the Fallout Goty edition. Just DLing games is not a smart thing to admit to on the developers forums and is not a good thing to do in general.

Oh, and if you do manage to save up enough money for the PC version, make sure that your computer can run it. You wouldn't want the savings to go to waste (he he, get it? Waste?... I'll shut up).
