The results of trying out Facegen Exchanger for Fallout 3... less accurate than the facegen render, but still good. (In fallout 3, I had to darken my skin tone a bit, and shrink my eyes, but other than that, it's unedited.)

Meh, I still think it looks good... If I make a custom texture for the face, using my own, I know I can get it dead on.
I don't know that it's the texture mate, perhaps from the front, but from the side the whole facial structure looks nothing alike, the fallout character looks indian! Trust me, the creator will always think it's closer than it is,
due to both prior knowledge and wishful thinking.

Its not available on nexus, but you should be able to find the place its hosted on if you google it, its the Crysis Nano Suit by JSBlack I believe.

It's the Crysis Nanosuit and it's not available in the usual places due to it being, like, illegal and all as it was 'ported from Crysis. A no-no.
@EM: I'm a little over that suit now
I rarely use it instead preferring a version of the Chinese Stealth Suit.
