Stayed up all night (well until 3 am) working on her and getting some mods downloaded to help out

Ah, I never got that one, just the Rivet City and the Terrain Pack. I normally don't like big packs, so will likely just pull out what I like/need
NMC seems to (almost) be the Qarl of Fallout, though unlike Qarl's I can actually use it without my game slowing to a crawl

NMC packs are well worth taking a serious look at. He provides 3 different texture size/resolutions for performance reasons.

I play my game on Med settings with some slight view distance tweaks and all the NMC packs default size textures.

So, imoho, my game looks and performs about as good as my Geforce 7950 will allow.

My current character. His look just came together by pure chance from dropped items as I have been working my way through the game.

He looks like a cross between my Dad when he was in the military and a character named Jack Flack from one of my favorite childhood movies - Cloak and Dagger.

I get the double Moira randomly too...it happens rarely, but once in a while when I make a test char I have two of her. I always want to shoot one (well...both, lol), but that would go against my characters believes

The weapons, you'll have to google for, as they are illegal rips. (while the STALKER ones are actually legal)

BD Camouflaged Stealth Armor Textures. But it's blocked @ Nexus per authors request. The pouches are from http://fallout3nexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=5027 I just added Blackdragon66 texture to one of the vest in my game, to match his retex stealth armor.

Actually Skree has permission from the people who made Battlefield 2142. Only difference is that one hasn't been cleared past the Nexus Admins yet.

I already do use most of his, just never got Megaton as I didn't really want it at the time. I don't use the ultra high resolution but the next size down. Especially for the terrain pack. Back when I got my video card it was top of the middle range, now it's probably sliding down. I've an ATI Radeon X1600XT 256MB. I'd go better but my PC needs an upgrade as I don't have dual core. It's still perfect for anything other than Crysis, so I'm in no rush right now.

All that proved is that he doesn't have the publishers permission, meaning it is (no matter what the artists say) illegal... again, just google it if you want it.

The artists (developers) do all the work and the leeches only interested in lining their pockets (publishers) make all the rules. This industry would be far nicer without the publishers.
