fallout 3 DLC glitches

- some of the ammunition in the brains underground bunker cannot be picked up, the 3 MF cells in one of the storage closents, a few of the mesmotron Power cells, and two ammo boxes.
-sometimes the game will frese when you open the secret chinese bunker
