Problem getting Fallout 3 Patch

I've got a PS3 Slim, and I've been playing Fallout 3 GOTY (Spanish edition) for about 2 months. I haven't had internet since now, so I was unable to download the latest patch. But now, I have an internet connection, but when I start playing, the PS3 doesn't tell me that there is a new version for the game (I mean, there is an update / patch) and I can't also find the patch in the PSNetwork.
Because of this, I was wondering if someone here could tell me where I can find the patch, Because I've been looking for in other sites (via Google) and it haven't help me at all :-S
