Hi, I've got both Fallout 3 and the Game of the year edition, anyway, I'm pretty much finished GOTY, and I lent it to a friend. Today though I wanted to play it so I put in the normal (non GOTY) version and it won't work. It just keeps coming up with error 80010515. I don't get my game back for a coupler of weeks and I want to play it, is there any way of starting a new game on this and having it work. I don't mind deleting all my old GOTY saves if I have to. Thanks.

To me it seems that the GoTY has the DLC installed on it, and the game may have a different code. So the origanol wont load because the codes dont match.
Thats my theory anyhow, i could be wrong tho......
