So I am a little new to the game still but I am already in love with it. I do have one question though, where do you find some of the special weapons and armor that you guys talk about. I have the add-on packs and am having trouble finding some of them.

Some of them are hidden in out of the way places (like the Burnmaster Flamer), some are quest rewards (Chinese Stealth Armor, A3-21's Plasma Rifle), some are on an enemies' body (Wanderer's Leather Armor).

I am wondering more on a few specific items but all the help is much appreciated. I was wondering about the Blackhawk, M.I.R.V., and the Victory Rifle specifically.

You could always look at the wiki but I do recall the Blackhawk being an award for completing a quest given at Agatha's House and the M.I.R.V. can be found at the Sierra Depot after collecting all of the Keller Family Holotapes, or glitching.

I hate the burnmaster. It's the most pain in the ass object to get.

Especially at high levels, but it's excellent against Reavers. I'd actually rather go after the Burnmaster than the Tenderizer. It always takes me at least an hour to find it. At least Burnmaster is fairly linear and there's seven followers carrying capacity worth of stuff to bring back home along the way.
