Hello ! I'm new to Fallout 3 ... (I'm coming from Skyrim) Anyway, I would like to know if doing the Survival Guide sidequest of Moira is the best way to go for a Newbie to gain XP and basically learn the ropes and landscape of the game? I am right now at the "Following His Footsteps" quest and I'd like to switch to this side quest... Thanks!
