Posted: Tue Sep 22, 2015 5:28 pmHie all. This might sound like a silly question but oh what the heck! I have always wondered how people in the fallout universe communicate. Due to the war things are pretty much destroyed. how do they communicate? do they have Internet?

The B.O.S have communications across the continent. As well as the NCR.

Posted: Tue Sep 22, 2015 3:55 pmThe radio seems to be the primary means of communication. But on a sad note, Ody's Pipboy got hit by an Overlord's Tri-beam and short-circuited. Now it only picks up TV station XEFB Chanel 3 in Monterrey, Mexico.
