Just a simple question--- why are there negative or minus signs beside some of my special stats? Am I losing points? Am I wearing something that makes me lose stats points? For example , Strength 7- Is this the effect of bad karma? Am clueless, thanks for your help!

The Gear and Chems Our character uses can affect Special which then affect Skills. I can not remember if Radiation level reduces Strength in the Game.
