During my Fallout 3 playthrough, I went to Arefu, I tried pickpocketing someone from that overpass village and the entire village turned on me, I then kill them all except I let 1 girl live. After I beat the game I went back and she was still there and kept running away from me. Throughout the game when I returned to Megaton some blonde woman would say "I heard about your spree in Arefu, the the hell away from me". I regret my spree in Arefu, is there any way i can respawn them back in and make that woman talk to me normally?

My guess is, that blonde in Megaton is none other than Lucy West, who used to live in Arefu. Chances are you fried her bacon pretty crispy when you killed all her old neighbors.

Maybe buy her a Teddy Bear?

Can someone please give me some serious modding help with this? I just wanna spawn the Arefu community back, like rest them, same with Lucy West.
