I mean with the new xbox one graphics and, that would make the game look cool. As the xbox graphics are way out, of date.

I don't think it would ever get a remake especially now we have backwards compatibilty.

Although I have noticed the game now runs better on the xbox one than it did on the 360 so am happy. I don't get the stutters any more or the frame rate problems when walking from megaton to super duper mart.

Just wish they would bring one final patch that fixes the rest of the bugs including the bugs added by all the DLC.

There is, but... Bethesda operates with the policy that once a game is done, it is done. They just do not go back and fiddle with games once they consider them done. Bugs still exist in nearly every Bethesda game that could easily be fixed (and many have through mods). They just do not touch them again.
