If the water chip could have helped, you would have taken it from the vault with the VR, or 106, etc... Its the GECK that was needed.

...what would you do?? i would sneak around the vault and poison butchs tea or something...but you! what would YOU do?
i would make a army with all the armor and guns you can get in the game! and make a few outpost and villages
