Don't you mean 600m?

600k in sales or revenue doesn't sound so much of a record.

FO4 shipped 12 million on it's first day. According to Polygon FO3 sold 12.6 million between its release and 2015.

FO1 and 2 most likely did not come close, I don't think there were 12 million PC gamers overall in the 90s...

Already know that it's not NV or 1 and 2; hey, the truth hurts sometimes. Fallout 4 got a little bit overhyped and sold like crazy.

first of all NV sold about 12 million units all together, and fallout 3 sold more than that, but NV also was only like 19 dollars just a few months after the game came out, a major price drop, i think in order to sell units, it wasn't selling good at full price, fallout 4 sold 12 millions units the first week it came out, so its not even close, i don't know what the number are now for for fallout 4 but the first week sold12 million plus units not dollars but units, thats in the first week, i would think that number is double now or soon will be and with dlc coming up, GOTY edition etc its gonna probably surpass skyrim in sales, its in the top 3 of best selling game in the last year, along with i think GTA and call of duty.

http://www.vgchartz.com claims to have the sales figures. Based on their figures, we get the following (excluding dlc sales):

Fallout 3: 9.82 million

Fallout NV: 8.34 million

Fallout 4: 11.04 million

For comparison, Skyrim stands at 19 million.

Looking at the figures per year, it seems that for FO3, NV and Skyrim, half the sales came in the year of release (i.e. half the sales occurred within the first two months of release, since they were all released at the end of the year). Fallout 4 got just over 10 million sales in 2015, so that suggests that its total sales will be around 20 million.

So Fallout 4 has already outsold FO3 and NV, however its sales do not look to be a significant improvement over those of Skyrim.

u can't really compare F4 with Skyrim because they are too different

some people will like Skyrim and won't care about F4 , even though the game looks better they just don't like the setting ... and more important they are not "willing" to pay for it

What a load of nonsense. New Vegas did almost as well as Fallout 3. The sales numbers are very close. Ratings wise, Fallout 4 did just as well as New Vegas. ;)
