Does Project 13 have its own web page / forum yet, or is this all they have so far?

No, there is no dedicated web page at this time.

FOOL (aka Fallout MMORPG, Fallout Online) is still in early development.

You are at the forum now. There is no segregated forum and no guarantees that there will be one.

I realy hope we will have a new and fancy page for V13

That's about as close are you are gonna get to a Vault 13 website right now

I told the Overseer of Vault 13 I'd give everything to save everyone, and so I did, I saved them all. Since then I've felt loneliness.
