Help! I didn't preorder the collector's edition and now it's gone at Game.uk is out of stock. The Bethesda store out of stock. Can these be printet one more batch for the ones who were late?

Sorry I am so frustrated that I forgot to mention. I wanted http://store.gamesas.com/brands/dishonored/dishonored-2-collectors-edition for pc. It has depleted everywhere: Game uk, Amazon fr, Amazon de. And the ebay scalpers ask too much (+50%). Before trying desperate measures I'm wondering if this was a one time only edition or will there be a second batch like Fallout 4 Pipboy? Amazon uk restocked F4 Pipboy quite soon after launch and it was available for a while, but this one seems to be more limited, as it depleted on preorders only.
