My strange sight issue

So Ive noticed recently , as recent as earlier today I seem to be having a strange "illusion"? effect happening when i look at things. Example , I was upset earlier today after a misunderstanding with my girlfriend , i was having alot of anxiety and almost crying. I went for a walk since we were talking on the phone , i wanted privacy away from my family.

And after we talked and everything was OK I hung up and looked down at the street under my feet , and it was moving...and i looked down to the end of the street at the trees and it was like everything was moving away from me , not like stretching but moving almost like i was sliding back but i wasnt moving.

I wasnt scared , ive seen this before throughout my life. And just accepted it s part of myself , just like seeing dark shadows moving from the corner of my eyes only to turn and nothings there. I have had my eyes checked and was told i have very healthy eyes. I do however have anxiety , depression and ptsd. My ptsd isnt as severe as some peoples thankfully. Iam currently not on medication by my own doing , the medication emotionally stabilized me "took away mood swings" but also stripped me of most of my emotions.. I would rather have pain than feel nothing. Dont know if this information has anything to do with my vision or not since i had this happen before i was ever on meds .

BUT i was wanting to know if anyone else had this vision issue before , or knew what it was called. Im assuming its from my heightned anxiety at the time. But I have also noticed it when im very fatigued. I blink my eyes a few times and sometimes it stops other it persists for a little while , but never long.

I used to get this from cutting the grass on my Da's riding lawn mower. I think it comes from looking down for long periods of time while moving forward.

Yeah, I sometimes get something like that if I'm overly anxious, stressed or hyper. I guess it's just one of those things. Not entirely sure it helps that I also have motion sickness...

I've had that effect too, only it gives me a falling sensation so I usually have to steady myself. My mom has vertigo so I've wondered if it's a lesser form of that?

Had you been sleeping well, its something you can get from lack of sleep, ive had it a more than a few times, when ive barely had any sleep, worst one was i was travelling by train the train had stopped at a station around 3.00 am and even though the train had stopped the could watch the station constantly going past me even though we were stationary, the brain can play strange tricks on you, recognising it is a good start but if its persists, personally id speak to a doctor, it can never hurt, if they inform you that its just another trick your anxiety is playing on you, then at least you know in the future.

You're showing classic symptoms of panic attacks.

I remember hallucinating lots of times when I tried to sleep for a month or 2 and only getting 2 hours a night. Stupidest thing I remember was my feet being independent from my body... Years before that when I got 4 hours of sleep voluntarily I had sparkly or static hallucinations when ever I was looking at a monitor at work.
