I am in need of weapon name suggestions. So far I got in my inventory:


Arc-Angel: Sniper Rifle

Boom Stick: Shotgun

Executioner: 10mm Pistol

Dead Eyes: (Pipe Version) Sniper Rifle

Rico: (Killzone reference) Minigun

Exodus: Automatic pipe rifle.

Peacemaker: Pipe Revolver


Sooner or later i will run out of name ideas. So i am just curious from the community what are your suggestions for weapon names? Thanks!

Ripper = Moe

Shotgun = Larry

Hunting Rifle with .50 Receiver: Anti-Material Rifle

Combat Rifle: BAR

Minigun: Chopper

Assault Rifle: Lewis Light Machine Gun

Submachine Gun: Thompson M1A1 SMG

Some names I have used;

Dead On

Persuader

Night Talon (combat Knife)

Desolator

No Remorse

If you still need inspiration, there are plenty of random name generators for all kinds of weapons on the web.

Also, as a hint, if you put a - sign in front of the name, your weapons will always appear on the top of any list in the game (at workbenches, trading screen or in pip-boy inventory)

I have a .44 pistol called "HOT DAMN, SON".

Does +50% vs. robots.

I named my modded out Laser Musket "Minute's Wrath" and my sniper is "Two-Shot Death"

Even Ash now calls it Moe (or Larry). Not sure which is which though

I've only renamed a couple of weapons. I chose "Bugf*cker" for my Exterminator's Combat Rifle (Legendary drop)

Because the whole of the forum (http://www.gamesas.com/) includes games that requires pg-13. They are all under the same umbrella. Makes it easier when they have to move posts for example, that all are the same pg rating.

I have named exactly one weapon - a modded .45 revolver she has used for 30 levels now. Olivia calls her Justice, which she uses to dispatch Wasteland baddies. Seemed fitting as she is a lawyer.

MMIL = my mother in law...., only showing the weapon is enough to let the enemy run!
