I've been trying to find this out for over 20 minutes (yeah, I know... That's a LONG TIME, right?).

It just got me thinking since I just got the second word of Whirlwind Sprint (first word being 'Wuld' and second being 'Na') because when he utters the second word he sounds a little bit like the Generic Guard ("Stop right there, criminal scum!") from Oblivion.

Please tell me he's not the one that voices Dovah. I'd be pissed off to think he sounds like that.

i think different races have different voices, my orc shouts are much gruffer than my breton shouts, personally i would have liked Donald Duck voice for comic effect, maybe one day in a mod

Each race and gender has their own voice acter (apart from Nords, Argonians, Imperials and Bretons, they all seem to share)

Different races have different shout voices, there is no such thing as the voice of the Dovahkiin. According to IMDB the male nords are voiced by Thor Edgell, Paul Ganus, Christian Svensson, Michael Gough and Olev Aleksander. You can also check the in-game credits for further info.

No Khajiit sounds more Human (maybe Imperial) if it comes to "Shouts"

Ugh, the Argonian Dragonshouts sound terrible in my opinion. Why is my character's voice so high-pitched? I have a deeper voice than that in real life and it makes my character sound wimpy.

Thankfully it should be moddable.
