This is, of course, just a hypothesis, but I think I know exactly why we never see any female giants.

The male giants keep them hidden. Why? Because Bethesda knows that male players, regardless of level, would purposely go get themselves killed by attacking Giants. Why? To see a pair of giant jelly jigglies chasing them.

No you see plenty of female giants. They are just all muscular, flat chested, and have a full beard

Well most giants are in pares, maybe male giants and female giants are just flat chested

maybe there women dont differ to greatly in appearance to the men ever tried to tell the difference between a male elephant and a female elephant at first glance theyre essentially identicle until further examination. or perhaps male giants and female giants live quite far apart female giants might live in high rock until a sort of mating season ensues and they migrate to there breeding grounds wherever that might be and have children. which are most likely taken with the females upon the end of mating season. and when they come of age if they are female they stay with the female tribe and if they are male they are given provisions likely in the form of a mammoth to accompany them and are sent off to join the male tribe.
