This has been known since before the game's release. Microsoft bought a month-long exclusitivity period for the first two DLCs. Happened with Dawnguard, and this is the second one, so this won't happen with any future DLCs. PC will have the DLC a month from now.

Fine do not buy anything then, they announced ages ago the first two DLC packs were exclusive to the XBox 360 for 30 days, you will not be seeing it for the PC before then. They have announced no release date for any other versions yet so you might be waiting longer if they do not have it ready by then. Not likely to happen with something so small for the PC version, but could happen with the PS3 version.

What kind of company? Try DICE. They are svcking Sony's balls right now. BF3 players on PS3 get the new Armored Kill DLC as of yesterday while us 360 users and PC users have to wait.

I'm a premium user on BF3 and armored kill was available for me yesterday so this isn't quite true.

DG arrived about 5 weeks after it was launched on Xbox. So it was outside the exclusivity period.

What? I'm a premium member too. And it's not out on the Xbox 360 for players to play until next Tuesday. Same for PC. Only Premium PS3 players get the DLC a week early. Or did you not read what i said?

I checked my battlelog account yesterday and it had som update if friend lists, when I went to server browser I have the possibility to choose armored kill and the new maps in the server browser. Will try when I get home today to see if they actually work, but the options to choose them and mark them is there.

On their webpage tho it seems like PC users won't get it before 11.09 so will be interesting to see if the buttons they added actually works or not. Didn't try that yesterday as I was about to hit bed.

Just logged in to my battlelog account from work and well I can search for servers and I do find servers. However all servers have 0 players so seems like we have all the things necessary, just not the possibility to join servers yet. :/

At least for PC, bethesda made an official statement about the 30 days delays.
I didnt see such statement for Heartfire.
Everything is only guessing at this time.

Unless you're playing on the PS3. Which it will probably never come out for you. Due to Dawnguard not being released for it yet.

If we don't get mod support by the end of 2012 I will not buy any more products.

That's down to Microsoft and Sony, they currently say no. So whichever console you have, I guess you won't be buying anything for it.

Not just for technical reasons, but there's a lot of hurdles that they won't budge on (Content, who provides bandwith for mod sharing, who polices mods etc),

It takes work to patch them over so it is more than just Microsoft, perhaps Microsoft is a one of many factors holding it back but not solely.
The limitations of the current gen consoles are also a factor.

Oh please, at least it isn't a 30 day wait for you guys.
