after all the Main DLC is out i think that Xbox and PS3 should be able to have the Dev chests even if we had to pay for it.

He means the chests that have every item in the game that the devs use to test items.

I don't have any knowledge with consoles, but I think it might not work out for the Xbox360 and the Ps3.

It would be nice and I would have thought possible if they were in an accessible area. It would allow us to get items like nord hero arrows.

Considering that the chests are in a dev cell accessible only by command console (cheating), I think you can cross out "most likely". MS and Sony aren't going to allow a Cheat DLC any more than they'll allow mods.

Modding is never going to happen on consoles. Neither have the hardware capable of handling it.

No mods, just a "cheats" DLC Pack, like the ones other game manufacturers are starting to rip off customers with.

Personally I wouldn't mind a few cheat codes which, when activated would disable the ability to get trophies/achievements.

I never understood why they were never included in Bethesda games making us console users resort to exploiting stupid bugs that can be easily gone in the next patch.
