Ok I've I got the coral dragon claw in winterhold (the mages guild town), googled where to take it (Yngol barrow) but when I get to the dragon claw door it wont open even when I've matched up the symbols (snake, wolf, butterfly). The claw just goes in half turns either way and then comes out, door still shut. Is this a bug or do I have to get a quest before it opens? please help.

Check it again. One of the symbols is a howling wolf, which I confused with another symbol. If not, then reload and see if that fixes it.

I too have a problem with the door not opening. I have the symbols on the claw matched with the door, but it won't open.

I have a different problem in that place - Spolier here....

At the end the gate would open to allow me to exit, a different monster spawns instead of the one i should get during the MISC quest for this place. -.-
