I just encountered some Bandits that i decide to fight, i casted Fury on one of them and he ran away, i thought he was glitching but he wasn't, he had found another guy to fight! An Afflicted Refugee!
And when i saw the Refugees attacks... i was baffled..
He literally puked on the bandit... I'm not even joking! He puked green goo all over him! Very much like boomer from L4D..
What the hell was going on? He died so i didn't get a chance to investigate
Anyone have any idea of who he/they are? I tried using the wiki, but nothing comes up

They are part of a daedric quest. I don't want to get more spoilerish than that.

There is Shrine of Peryite in The Reach (IIRC)

To start the quest, you have to talk to him (unless someone here knows where to go. I know he tells you to go somewhere.). That might be a little hard now . Travel along the roads and hope you run into another one?

I actually just found his shrine last night for the first time. Follow the road east out of Markath. It's around all the different Forsworn redoubts that you can get sent to through the quests given in Markath. It's on top of a mountain ridge. I wish I could be more specific.

Yep. The Khajiit there tells you to go and get three things he needs to summon Peryite, you do that, and the quest begins in earnest.
