Do all towns have stores? : V

I couldn't find any place in Windhelm to sell things. Do all towns have stores? Sorry if this is a stupid question.

Yeah. In Windhelm, when you enter the city go directly to the left. Just keep going and you'll come across the Marketplace. Most of the vendors are selling from stalls, and the blacksmith is by the force. THere's an alchemy shop. If you go to the other side of the city there's a dark elf general store as well.

All towns have stores, but jsut remember that some are out in the open rather than in a shop. And some towns only have like one shop.
