So first question is about quest scoundrel′s folly ( or whatever it is ) . I′m supposed to confront Gulum-ei , but there is three bandits that kills me on one shot with their maces . So is there something wrong in my skill ( sneak 39 , 1h 32 , light armor 30 , bow 33) or is there some sneaky way to avoid those three bandits ?

Second question: which house should I buy , I am not going to buy that Solitude's house. I am looking house with few armor mannequins and few chests.
